Dest People was founded with the aim of strengthening the bond of trust between companies and the people who make them possible.

Originally from Ferreira de Pantón and now living in A Coruña, Diego considers himself a citizen of the world, following a career that has taken him all over. Passionate about the concept of the business-people symbiosis, he seeks to bridge the two worlds to create environments for mutual growth. At the moment, his main interests are driven by his children at home.

Originally from Ourense, then an adopted son of Vigo, Carlos is now working and living in A Coruña. Well spread across Galicia, as he says himself. He’s passionate about understanding people. What they need, what they’re looking for, what they don’t always put into words.
When he needs to clear his head, he puts on his tracksuit and goes for a walk.
His daughters hide the sweets when he's at home. For whatever reason.

What Alba is most passionate about in her work is combining the company’s strategic vision with a personal touch, and supporting people, particularly during times of change. To unwind, she enjoy the mountains, the beach and losing yourself in a true-crime documentary. When she was small, she dreamed of being a CSI, and a little bit of that is still there.
